          An honors graduate of University of Wisconsin Law School class of 1995, I have proven skills in real estate transactions including residential purchases, development, condominium conversions, tax-deferred exchanges, and commercial projects.  I also have experience with civil litigation, appellate representation, settlement negotiations, contract negotiations, and general business law matters.

          I have gained valuable technical knowledge in real estate finance, commercial development, residential development, and investment through the University of Wisconsin Business School Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.

Kay & Andersen, S.C. – Madison, WI. Associate Attorney. June, 1995 to January, 2003. Kay & Andersen, S.C. is a civil litigation law firm that emphasizes construction litigation and design professional representation. 

·        Retained to conduct business litigation, construction litigation, contract negotiations, settlement negotiations, business formations, and general practice.

·        Proven skills and success in litigation including first chair counsel for three jury trials and over twenty court trials.  Successful on appeal in four of five cases before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
